New Year to Start with a Bang!
Max Rebo are pumped and ready for their first gig of 2012 at The Nut Tree in Worle, Weston-super-Mare on 28th January. Not only the first gig of the year for the lads but also their first gig at this great venue. As well as showcasing their classic tracks, Max Rebo will be giving a debut performance of their newest track ‘Just’ by Radiohead.

Max Rebo’s Xmas Extravaganza @ The New Market
A great night was had by all at The New Market in Weston-super-Mare on Saturday 17th December. It was a night of firsts for the band; first time playing the venue, first time people have danced to the sound check, first time we played Song 2 by Blur and Gangsta’s Paradise by Coolio and the first time that the first set was crazier than the second!! People of The New Market know how to rock! We’re sorting some more dates at the venue next year so we’ll look forward to it all over again. It was the end to a great year of gigs for Max Rebo and we’ll be back in the New Year to entertain the masses once again. Christmas Merry it is!!

In a quiet seaside village not very far far away, Max Rebo were formed. A band dedicated to making the best use of noise possible. Their speciality is your favourite nineties, contemporary rock and indie covers cheekily mixed with the unexpected; hip hop, pop, techno – nothing is beyond them. If you want a band loud, fun, tight as a gnat’s chuff and guaranteed to create a great atmosphere and a seething dance floor then look no further. This IS the band you’re looking for!
We can provide everything you need for any occasion – weddings, parties, corporate events, you name it, we can play it. We can provide PA sound system and lights, music in between sets via IPOD or DJ set and we will always be on time and set up ready for your event to go without a hitch. If you have a particular track you would like to hear us play at your event and there is enough notice given we will do our best to make it happen for you!!

Max Rebo Rock @ Kameleon
A successful night was had at Kameleon in Weston-super-Mare on Friday 18th November. The Self Inflicted got things off to a good start with their selection of punk classics and then Max Rebo followed with what the band have described as one of the best sets they have played!! Kameleon were more than happy with the band and have already talked about another set in February – look out for further announcements! Next gig up – New Market in Weston-super-Mare on 17th December – Xmas gig time it is!
